Welcome to the Rakufun Balance Recharge and related functions!
To use the Rakufun Balance Recharge and related functions (hereinafter referred to as "this function"), you should read and comply with the "Rakufun Store Balance Recharge Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). This Agreement is jointly signed by you and Rakufun, a Japanese joint-stock company, with the Rakufun software only responsible for platform operation. Please carefully read and fully understand all the contents of this Agreement before using this function, especially the terms that limit or exempt Rakufun liability, which may be highlighted in bold to draw your attention.
You are not entitled to use this function unless you have carefully read, fully understood, and completely accepted all the terms of this Agreement and related agreements, and confirmed your recharge amount before finalizing the recharge. Please note that once the Rakufun store balance recharge is successful, it will not support refunds or reverse exchanges into the currency you used for payment. The currency you use to recharge the Rakufun balance will be converted into foreign exchange, deducting any fees, and directly paid to Rakufun.
I.Definition of Terms
Unless otherwise specified, the following terms in this Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
1.1 Rakufun Balance: Refers to a type of credit provided by Rakufun, which users can purchase and use exclusively on the platform. After purchasing by Balance, users can utilize it according to the instructions or guidance on the relevant platform function interface, including but not limited to redeeming products or services on Rakufun.
1.2 Platform: The term "platform" in this Agreement specifically refers to the Rakufun. The Rakufun Balance cannot be used outside the platform.
II.Scope of Application
2.1 Unless otherwise specified, the scope of this Agreement includes all platform users who use the Rakufun balance-related functions.
III. Rights and Obligations
3.1 You affirm that you possess the necessary civil capacity and legal qualifications to use this platform and its functions, and have the right and ability to agree to all the terms of this Agreement and related agreements.
3.2 You understand and agree that the account you use for this function is maintained and used independently, and you are responsible for it.
3.3 You should properly keep your account username and password, and are responsible for all operations under this account.
3.4 You must use this function legally and compliantly, and must not use it for any purposes that violate laws, regulations, policies, this Agreement, related agreements, public order, good customs, or social morals, or that interfere with the normal operation of the platform and infringe on the legal rights of other users or third parties.
IV.Regulations on Rakufun Balance Recharging and Usage
4.1 Platform users can only recharge their balance through channels recognized by the Rakufun platform and using their own payment accounts. Recharging through other channels or using other people's payment accounts or methods is considered a violation. Violations of recharging will not be recognized by the Rakufun platform, and may lead to risks such as account theft and fraud. Rakufun platform will not bear any consequences arising from disputes due to such violations.
4.2 Rakufun Balance can only be used as described or instructed on the relevant platform function interface, such as purchasing platform goods or services. Transfers, gifts, and similar operations between different users or between different accounts controlled by the same user are not allowed.
4.3 Before each recharging operation, users must carefully confirm the recharge needs, recharge amount, recharge account, and operating system accuracy. Once recharged, Rakufun Balance cannot be refunded or converted back to the currency used for payment. Furthermore, the usage behavior after successful recharging should comply with the instructions or guidance on the relevant platform function interface, or the terms or agreements of the specific function.
4.4 The amount of currency you need to pay to recharge Rakufun Balance varies with real-time exchange rates. Changes in recharge prices due to exchange rate fluctuations are unrelated to the store, and you cannot request refunds or compensation based on these changes.
4.5 You understand and agree that Rakufun Balance does not constitute any debt or liability to you. Your use of Rakufun Balance does not constitute the payment of any monetary value to any user. Rakufun Balance does not represent any money held or trusted by the platform. It is not currency and has no monetary value.
V.Rights and Obligations
5.1 The platform will ensure the normal operation of this function to the greatest extent possible within current technical capabilities to protect your interests. Rakufun platform provides this function on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied guarantees, including but not limited to applicability and continuity.
5.2 The platform has the right to adjust, modify, improve, optimize, upgrade, or cancel this function based on business development plans, national laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements. If the platform makes changes to this function, it will notify users via announcement, and users cannot hold Rakufun platform liable for breach of contract or infringement.
5.3 To achieve business goals and ensure business security, the platform has the right to independently set requirements and targets for the activation of this function, and may use technical means to review your usage behavior to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and this Agreement. Such review does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the legality of your behavior, and you bear full responsibility and consequences for your actions.
5.4 You should be aware that to protect user assets, the platform has the right to detect malicious behavior and restrict or suspend users with high-risk behavior from using this function, or take other temporary measures until the risk is resolved.
VI.Breach Handling
6.1 You understand and agree that the platform has the right to penalize actions that violate relevant laws, regulations, or this Agreement based on reasonable judgment. The platform can take appropriate legal actions against any user engaging in illegal or non-compliant behavior, and retain relevant information to report to authorities as required by law. You will bear all legal responsibilities resulting from such actions.
6.2 You understand and agree that if any third party claims, demands, or losses arise due to your violation of this Agreement or related service terms, you will independently bear the responsibility. If Rakufun platform incurs any losses as a result, you will also compensate the platform for these losses.
VII. Terms for Minors
7.1 The platform is committed to maintaining a healthy online environment for minors. However, it is the guardian’s responsibility to supervise the minor’s internet use. Guardians are advised to closely monitor minors’ use of this function to ensure they do not use it without guardian consent.
VIII. Disclaimer
8.1 You fully understand and agree that you are responsible for all actions taken while using this function, including any content published and the resulting consequences. You must judge the content within this function and bear all risks arising from its use, including those related to the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content. The platform cannot and will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from these risks.
8.2 You understand and agree that during the use of this function, service interruptions and resulting damages may occur due to force majeure. Force majeure refers to unforeseen, unavoidable, and insurmountable objective events that have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, storms, pandemics, and social events such as wars, riots, and government actions. In such cases, the platform will strive to cooperate with relevant entities to repair the issue promptly. You agree not to hold Rakufun platform responsible for any losses caused by these events.
8.3 You understand and agree that the platform will not bear any legal responsibility if the function is interrupted or obstructed due to the following circumstances:
(1) Destruction by computer viruses, trojans, or other malicious programs, or hacker attacks;
(2) Failures in your computer software, system, hardware, or communication lines;
(3) Improper operation by you;
(4) Use of the function through unauthorized means;
(5) Other situations beyond the control or reasonable foresight of the Rakufun platform.
IX.Miscellaneous
The Rakufun Balance Recharge Agreement may be revised. We reserve the right to modify the recharge agreement and other related notices at any time, temporarily or permanently, at our sole discretion. The recharge agreement in effect at the time of your recharge will apply. Any changes to the recharge agreement will not be retroactive to recharge actions performed before the modification of the agreement.
