    Welcome to Rakufun! By signing this User Agreement ("Agreement") with Rakufun Co., Ltd. ("Rakufun"), you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

 

Table of Contents: The keywords listed before each clause are for your convenience only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of the terms.

 

Please Read Carefully: Before agreeing to this Agreement, please read it thoroughly. Pay special attention to clauses that exempt or limit liability, as well as those regarding applicable law and dispute resolution. These clauses are highlighted in bold and underlined. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Rakufun customer service.

 

Agreement Acceptance: By filling out the registration form, reading and agreeing to this Agreement, and completing the registration process, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement becomes effective upon your acceptance or use of Rakufun services, whichever occurs first. If you disagree with any terms, please cease the registration process and stop using Rakufun services.

 

Periodic Updates: We may update this Agreement periodically. You are advised to review the Agreement each time you use Rakufun services and confirm your acceptance before proceeding.

 

1. Services Provided

 

1.1 Rakufun, through its app, allows users to view products sold by third-party sellers and provides purchasing services on their behalf.

1.2 Users can browse products, place orders, make payments, and receive consumption codes (if applicable) through Rakufun. Additional value-added services, such as packaging reinforcement, are available for a fee.

1.3 Rakufun is a purchasing platform that provides information about products users can buy and handles purchasing and shipping on users' behalf.

1.4 Users can participate in activities organized by Rakufun according to the published rules.

1.5 Specific details about purchasing services are provided in the "User Guide."

 

2. User Eligibility

 

2.1 To use Rakufun services, you need your own Rakufun account. Upon agreeing to this Agreement and submitting your registration, you may use Rakufun services after approval.

2.2 You must be an adult with the legal capacity under Chinese law. If you are under 18, you can only use Rakufun services under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Additionally, you must not be subject to any trade restrictions, economic sanctions, or other legal limitations.

2.3 You are responsible for the authenticity, legality, and validity of the information you provide during registration. You must keep your account and password secure and notify Rakufun immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

2.4 Rakufun may merge accounts with similar information (e.g., phone number, device, ID, email, payment account, or shipping address).

 

3. Orders

 

3.1 As a registered user, you can place orders on Rakufun. You must have the capacity to purchase the items. If under 18, parental supervision is required.

3.2 The information on Rakufun constitutes an invitation to treat. Your order becomes an offer when you submit the required information. Rakufun reserves the right to accept or reject your offer based on availability and other factors. If rejected, you will receive a full refund.

3.3 If there is a shortage or pricing error, Rakufun will notify you and may cancel your order, providing a full refund if payment was made.

 

4. Payment and Delivery

 

4.1 Users must complete payment online as directed on the payment page.

4.2 Rakufun or its designated logistics service will deliver the items to the specified address. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4.3 For direct overseas shipments, the seller is a foreign entity and cannot provide domestic invoices. Fees such as purchasing and shipping are handled by Rakufun's Japanese entity.

4.4 By confirming your order, you accept the delivery method and schedule. Contact customer service for any queries.

4.5 Rakufun is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, delivery refusals, unforeseen changes, or force majeure events.

4.6 For damaged packages, you must note the damage with the delivery person and report it to Rakufun customer service with photos for compensation.

 

5. Balance Recharge Service

 

5.1 Recharge Rules:

• Users can recharge their Rakufun account via supported payment methods.
• Minimum recharge is 1 yen.
• A handling fee applies, shown at the time of recharge.
• Balance can only be used for purchases on Rakufun and not for illegal activities.

5.2 Balance Refunds/Withdrawals: Currently not supported.

5.3 Account Security: Users are responsible for keeping their accounts secure and must notify Rakufun of any suspicious activity.

5.4 Disclaimer: Rakufun is not responsible for any loss during balance recharge use. Rakufun may suspend or terminate the service if this Agreement is violated.

 

6. Refund Policy

 

6.1 Rakufun is an intermediary and does not guarantee product quality or authenticity. Cross-border purchases are non-returnable.

6.2 Product images are for reference only. No returns for discrepancies in color or size.

6.3 Refunds are allowed if:

• Rakufun cannot purchase the item due to force majeure.
• There are changes to the contract terms after payment.

6.4 Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

6.5 Promotional credits or coupons used in the purchase will be returned according to their original terms.

 

7. Risks of Overseas Purchases

 

    By purchasing through Rakufun, you acknowledge:

• Rakufun is buying items on your behalf from foreign sellers.
• Transactions are governed by foreign laws and platform agreements, not Chinese law.
• Rakufun is not responsible for product quality or authenticity.
• Optional paid unpacking service is available.
• No Chinese labels; information is available online.
• Items are for personal use only and cannot be resold.
• Products meet origin standards, which may differ from Chinese standards.

 

8. Prohibited Conduct

 

8.1 Users must act in good faith and avoid disrupting Rakufun’s operations:

• Do not use the service for improper purposes.
• No repeated or malicious registration.
• No misuse of Rakufun addresses for virtual services.
• No fraudulent activities or misuse of promotions.
• No infringement on intellectual property or other rights.
• No illegal activities or impersonation.
• Comply with all applicable laws and this Agreement.

8.2 Rakufun may take actions including account suspension or termination for violations.

8.3 Users may be liable for damages resulting from violations.

 

9. Privacy Policy

 

    Rakufun values user privacy. By using Rakufun services, you agree to our privacy policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

 

10. Non-Personal Information

 

Information Release: Users must have the legal rights to any information they publish.

 

Prohibited Information: Users must not publish content that:

• Violates laws or regulations.
• Is politically sensitive, obscene, violent, or promotes illegal activities.
• Is fraudulent or misleading.
• Infringes on intellectual property or other rights.
• Contains malicious software or code.
• Is otherwise inappropriate.

 

11. Intellectual Property

 

11.1 Users retain ownership of content they upload, but grant Rakufun a non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use it.

11.2 Rakufun may enforce rights related to the content, including taking legal action against infringers.

 

12. Agreement Modification and Termination

 

12.1 Rakufun may modify this Agreement to reflect changes in laws or business practices. Users will be notified of significant changes.

12.2 The Agreement terminates if:

• Rakufun cancels the user’s account.
• Rakufun ceases all services.

12.3 Upon termination, Rakufun has no further obligations to provide services or retain user information.

 

13. Severability

 

    If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining parts remain effective.

 

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

14.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the location of Rakufun's headquarters.

14.2 Disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiations or by filing a lawsuit in the court where Rakufun is located.

 

15. Attachments

 

    This Agreement includes attachments such as the "User Guide," "Shopping Guide," "Shopping Risks," and "Logistics Information," as well as any other instructions or risk warnings provided during use.
