Effective immediately, any shipment on the DHL route that requests basic reinforcement or enhanced reinforcement (i.e., wrapping the outer layer of the parcel with bubble wrap) will be classified as requiring a special cargo handling fee.

When submitting your shipment, please carefully select the appropriate reinforcement option based on the nature of your goods to avoid unexpected charges. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact customer service.
