Package Storage（90 days free storage）

• Rakufun provides 90 days free storage foreach package. lf your package put in storage over 90 days, we will charge an extra fee 30 JPY/kg each day started from the 91st day.
• If the total storage time is over 120 days , the package would be considered to be discarded and we would have the authorization to dispose of this package.

Consolidation

During the public beta, we do not charge any consolidation fees for packages ordered from  Rakufun.

*Notes：If you place an order on other shopping websites and choose Rakufun Forwarding, and want to consolidate it with the package ordered from Rakufun, there is no consolidation fee for packages from Rakufun, but consolidation fees will be charged for other packages starting from the third package. (When consolidate more than 3 packages, we will charge 200 JPY handling fee for each additional one.When consolidate more than 9 packages, we will charge 150 JPY handling fee for each additional one.)
