• Shipping submission reminder updated

When submitting a shipment request, you’ll now see a reminder to complete and verify your shipping address.

This helps prevent delivery issues caused by incomplete or non-standard address formats on certain shipping routes.

• Homepage – International Shipping updates

Corrected Korean copy for the Japan Post route

Added supplementary explanation for the FedEx route

• Customer Service now supports order-based inquiries

You can select and consult about a specific order directly from the order detail page (via the top-right customer service icon).

• Strong compliance reminder before cart submission

A mandatory popup reminder will appear before placing an order to ensure users acknowledge compliance-related information.

• Warehouse reminder & timestamp optimization

Added storage reminder text: payment must be completed within 30 days, otherwise overdue storage fees will apply.

Order status timestamps are now fixed to actual operation times (e.g., warehouse arrival time, listing time, shipment submission time, value-added service completion time, payment completion time, shipping time), instead of refreshing daily.

After goods arrive at the warehouse, the exact arrival time will now be displayed.

• “Confirm Receipt” now includes a secondary confirmation popup

Prevents accidental confirmation.

• Custom Value-Added Service page UI optimized

Unified font sizes and improved overall layout consistency.

• Email notification added for remaining items after package consolidation

Users will now receive an email reminder if items remain uncombined.
