Route & Delivery Time

    • There is no total weight limit for the shipment (the weight limit per piece may be adjusted periodically by FedEx. While the total shipment weight is not restricted, the maximum weight per box may vary by country. Please check before shipping.)

    • Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the entire shipment.

    • Any fractional grams will be rounded up.

    • For lightweight items of large volume, volumetric weight will be applied.

    • For this route, the shipping fee is calculated using the greater value between the actual weight and the volumetric weight after packaging.

    3.After the package is shipped from the Rakufun warehouse, it will be handled by FedEx International Express, which may result in a time lag. If you cannot track your package using the FedEx tracking number provided by Rakufun, please rest assured.
