When using the ECMS service, we recommend that you confirm the customs entry requirements and restrictions of the destination country before sending your package and strictly comply with relevant customs regulations;

2. Please refer to the actual logistics updates for the specific delivery time. Since logistics transportation is affected by factors such as the destination country or region, weather, customs policies, peak courier periods, customs clearance, etc., this is for reference only!

3. After the warehouse has shipped the goods, there will be a time difference when the shipment is transferred to the ECMS line for processing. If you find that you cannot query the logistics records using the international express tracking number provided by Rakufun, please do not worry.

Route Restrictions

1. ECMS requires addresses to be filled out in full English.

2. ECMS service is generally used for personal customs clearance, and parcels sent must be within the scope of personal reasonable use. If losses such as failure to clear customs occur due to exceeding the scope of personal reasonable use, the user shall bear the responsibility.

3. When using ECMS to process shipping procedures, an accurate address is required. Please be sure to provide us with an accurate and complete address, including the apartment number (if the delivery address is an apartment or multi-unit housing, the room number/unit number must be specified), accurate street information (avoid using abbreviations or vague descriptions), the correct postal code, the correct house number (if there is a floor or unit number, it must also be indicated), and do not fill in a private mailbox at the post office or a courier station; it must be a physical address that can be directly delivered to. Please be sure to respond to the available dates and times in the arrival instructions sent by the shipping company to the purchaser.

4. Returns due to the recipient's reasons will incur additional fees. Subsequently, an email will be sent to notify of the recovery, and the customer service will deduct it from the balance.

5. Lithium batteries are prohibited on the entire ECMS route. If your goods contain lithium batteries, please select the option [Remove Excess Lithium Batteries]. The warehouse will remove all lithium batteries from your goods by default. Any losses caused by possible return due to failure to select this option shall be borne by yourself.

Shipping fee calculation method

ECMS shipping charges are calculated based on the greater of the actual weight and volumetric weight of the package, where volumetric weight (kg) = length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 5000.

Example: If the volumetric weight of a package is 10kg and the actual weight is 5kg, the charge will be based on the volumetric weight of 10kg.

Declaration Requirements

To ensure the smooth customs clearance and delivery of your package, please make sure to comply with the following regulations and accurately and truthfully fill out the declaration information when making a declaration:

1. Prohibit the use of ambiguous declaration terms

Please do not use ambiguous or overly general terms such as "Cloth", "Other", "Ticket" for declaration. Such declarations are likely to cause issues such as customs return, delay, inspection, or non-delivery. Any customs clearance issues, package delays, or losses caused by unclear, ambiguous, or incorrect declaration information shall be the sole responsibility of the individual.

2. Correctly fill in the product category and name

If you need to declare cotton fabric items, please select:

Category 1: Textiles / Fabrics / Cloths

Second Category: Cotton fabric

3. If the item has no corresponding declaration option in the system, please contact customer service in advance to confirm whether it can be mailed.

If the customer service confirms that it can be mailed, please select "Other" under the corresponding primary category, and then fill in the detailed information of the goods in the declaration column, including material, purpose, and type (e.g., "cotton tablecloth", "polyester sportswear fabric", etc.).

4. According to relevant customs regulations, when sending packages through channels such as ECMS, it is necessary to truthfully declare the category, name, quantity, and declared value of the goods.

If customs detention, fines, return of goods, or other losses occur due to false declarations, the relevant costs and legal responsibilities shall be borne by the recipient, and the platform shall not be liable.

※Please note: Customs will independently review the declared value of goods. If the declared price of goods is not recognized, the package may be subject to return, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Please ensure that you truthfully declare the information of goods.

Disclaimer

Due to the special nature of international parcels, your parcel will need to go through normal customs clearance inspection by the local customs when it arrives at the destination country for import. We recommend that you send goods in accordance with the local customs clearance requirements. If the customs inspection deems that the goods, quantity, value, etc. in your parcel do not meet the local customs import clearance requirements, it may be required by the destination country's customs to provide relevant customs clearance materials, pay duties, or be returned. This shipping service only provides international transportation and cannot handle all customs clearance matters upon the parcel's arrival at the destination country; the recipient will need to handle them independently. Please clarify and agree to the above matters before choosing this route to send. Thank you for your understanding and support!
