At Rakufun, we understand the importance of flexibility when it comes to your shopping experience. That's why we're pleased to offer our valued customers a generous 90-day free storage service for all items purchased through our proxy shopping service.

Free Storage Period: Once your items arrive at our warehouse, you'll enjoy 90 days of free storage. This gives you plenty of time to complete your purchases, wait for additional items to arrive, or simply plan your shipping schedule at your convenience.

Extended Storage: If you need to keep your items with us for longer than 90 days, no worries! After the initial 90-day free period, an extended storage fee will apply. This fee will be calculated based on the size and weight of your items and will be clearly communicated to you in advance. The extended storage fee must be paid together with the shipping fee before your order can be shipped.

Package Abandon: To ensure the efficient management of our warehouse space, any packages that remain unclaimed for more than 120 days will be automatically considered abandoned. Please note that Rakufun will not be responsible for any items that are abandoned.
