Q: How do I use Rakufun to order products from snkrdunk?
A: After confirming the product information is correct, please add the items to the shopping cart and complete checkout. Once you have successfully paid for your order, we will purchase the items for you one by one according to the order sequence. If the actual price of an item differs from the price you placed, the item will not be purchased.
Note: Cross-site shopping is currently not supported. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Q: What is the purchasing fee for the snkrdunk site?
A: The snkrdunk site does not charge a purchasing fee. During the Rakufun public beta, purchasing fees are waived (except for purchasing for you and manual purchases).
Q: Are the products on snkrdunk authentic?
A: Rakufun is a purchasing agent selling products from the official Japanese website. Snkrdunk guarantees product quality and authenticity.
Q: Is domestic shipping free on snkrdunk products?
A: Some special products offer free shipping. Please refer to the product page for details.
Q: If the item doesn't qualify for free shipping, how is the domestic shipping fee charged?
A: If free shipping isn't available, the shipping fee rules on this site are as follows:
Single card items: 300 JPY (tax included) per item.
Items other than single card items: 990 JPY (tax included) per item.
Q: Why does Snkerdunk charge a transaction fee? What is the specific fee?
A: According to official regulations, all items except playing cards are subject to a transaction fee. The minimum transaction fee for each item is 5%.
Q: Can I combine multiple items on Snkerdunk?
A: All items on this site are shipped separately, so shipping is calculated separately for each item. We recommend that you order separately for each item.
Q: Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it on Snkerdunk?
A: Order information such as the item, quantity, payment method, shipping address, and delivery time cannot be changed, and orders cannot be canceled after they've been placed. Please confirm your order details before submitting.
Q: How long does it take for an order to be shipped on Snkrdunk?
A: For in-stock items, we typically ship within 7 business days. However, shipping may be delayed due to busy holiday periods, weather, or traffic conditions.
Note: If shipping coincides with special periods in Japan, such as the New Year's holiday, Golden Week, or the summer holiday (Obon Festival), delivery may be delayed.
Q: Are refunds and returns available?
A: Unless there are quality issues with the product and it meets Snkrdunk's return policy, refunds and returns are not available. If you discover any quality issues with the product, or if it doesn't match the product photo or description when requesting a photo, please follow Snkrdunk's official policy to process a refund or return. Note: If you have any concerns about your purchased product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving your package to request a photo service (Note: You can request a photo service within 6 hours of your order receiving your package). Once your photo service request is successful, wait for the photos to be returned. If you find any discrepancies between the actual product and the product details page, or if there are any errors with the product itself, please contact customer service within 7 days of the product's arrival.
If you do not request a photo service upon receiving your product, you will not be able to provide after-sales service if you discover any issues. Please note.
Q: What are the manual purchasing hours?
A: Monday to Sunday: 10:00 - 19:00 (JST). If an order is not processed on the same day, it will be processed on the next business day.
