Dear Rakufun users, 

    Thank you for your continued support for Rakufun. In order to accurately divert and provide users with a faster service experience, we have expanded and put into use a new warehouse. The new warehouse adopts a new warehouse layout and a more advanced management system, which will greatly improve the pre-signing and delivery speed and package storage conditions, providing you with more efficient and better services.

    Therefore, starting from April 1, 2025, the packages will be moved to the Chiba upgrade warehouse. The whole process is expected to last 7 working days. During this period, there will be a certain delay in value-added services and delivery.

    Buffer period between old and new delivery addresses: April 1, 2025 ~ December 31, 2025. During this period, a dedicated person will transfer the parcel to the new warehouse in Chiba every day. If the pre-sale goods exceed the buffer period, there will be a special car to deliver them to the new warehouse on the same day. Please also update your delivery address information on major shopping websites as soon as possible.

1. Photo service, photo checking service, and after-sales processing time will also be delayed.

 

2. Rakufun system will be automatically modified, please don't worry.

1. When can the new address be used?

 

A: The new warehouse address will be officially used from April 1st. At that time, you can send the package to the new warehouse!

 

2. What if it is sent to the Tokyo warehouse?

A: If the package is lost during the warehouse transfer, the same process as before, as long as the warehouse confirms the receipt, the warehouse will compensate for the loss. 

 

5. Can the shipment be delivered normally from 4/1 to 4/7 during the warehouse transfer period?

 

A: Yes, there are staff at the new warehouse, and the operation will start as soon as the package arrives, including listing, adding value and shipping, but there may be delays during this period!
