【Important Notice】Update to Original Box Shipping Service

Due to recent changes in customs inspection requirements, the No Option Service (Original Box Shipping)  on Rakufun will no longer be available starting September 8, 2026 (Tuesday) at 00:00 JST.

 

If you would like to keep the original shipping box for Japan Post (EMS / AIR / SEA) , please select:

Personalized Service → old cartons&Keep the original box

and enter “Original Box Shipping” in the remarks field.

For Japan Post shipments, packages that have already applied for 【No Option Service (Original Box Shipping) 】 but have not yet been dispatched will have the request canceled and be returned to 【Warehouse】 status. Please submit a new request for shipping. Other shipping lines are not affected by this adjustment.

Please note that additional package inspections may result in longer processing and listing times.
