June Holiday Service Schedule Notice

Dear Users,

 

To help you arrange your orders, shipments, after-sales inquiries, and customer support requests in advance, we would like to inform you of Rakufun’s service schedule during the June holiday period as follows:

 

Warehouse Operations

During the holiday period, warehouse operations will continue as usual. Warehousing, packing, dispatch, and other related work will be carried out normally.

 

Logistics and Shipping Arrangements

Logistics services including FedEx, DHL, ECMS, Japan Post, and other shipping lines will operate normally. If you need to submit a parcel for shipment, you may proceed as usual.

 

Online Customer Service Arrangements

Rakufun customer service will be on holiday on June 19. During this time, users will not be able to contact online customer service through the App or PC website. If you have any inquiries, please leave a message via email or support ticket. Our customer service team will reply in order during working hours. Please also note that June 21 (Sunday) is a regular day off for customer service staff, so replies to inquiries may be delayed. We kindly ask for your understanding.

 

After-Sales Service Arrangements

After-sales service staff will be on holiday on June 19. During this period, the handling and replies to after-sales-related issues may be delayed. If you have any after-sales inquiries, please leave a message via email or support ticket. Our staff will handle them in order after work resumes.

*Note: Manual purchasing services will operate normally during the June holiday period.

 

Community Customer Service Arrangements

Community staff will be on holiday from June 19 to June 21. During this period, inquiries through community channels such as WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, and Discord may not be replied to in a timely manner. For urgent or important inquiries, we recommend leaving a message via email or support ticket. Our customer service staff will handle them in order during working hours.
