According to the latest FedEx announcement, starting May 7, 2026 (JST), all international parcels shipped via FedEx will incur an International Out-of-Delivery Area / Peak Surcharge based on actual weight.

Additional charges per kg:

 USA / Canada / Mexico / Puerto Rico / Latin America: JPY 65/kg

 Europe / Israel: JPY 162/kg

 Middle East / Africa (MEISA): JPY 226/kg

This is an official FedEx policy, and Rakufun will apply the surcharge based on actual shipping costs.
