    According to the relevant regulations of the ECMS, ECMS currently only supports English input for the “Product Name” and “Product Description” fields in the declaration information.

    To avoid package review failure, customs clearance delays, or returns caused by non-compliant declaration information, please make sure to confirm the following before submitting packages via ECMS:

    “Product Name” must be filled in English.

    “Product Description” must be filled in English.

    Please do not enter Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or any other non-English content.

    Please fill in the information truthfully according to the actual product, and avoid using overly general or inaccurate descriptions.

    If a package cannot be shipped normally, experiences customs clearance delays, or is returned due to the “Product Name” or “Product Description” not being filled in English as required, the relevant responsibility and fees shall be borne by the user.
