If the purchase was paid using points, balance, or no-minimum-spend coupons, please declare the original order price listed by the seller.

If the purchase was paid using discount coupons or spend-and-save coupons, please declare the actual amount paid.

Please also note the following:

If the item price includes domestic shipping within Japan, the shipping fee must be included in the declared value.

Example: The item price is 1,000 JPY, domestic shipping is 500 JPY, and a 5% discount coupon was applied. The declared value should be:

1,000 × 0.95 + 500 = 1,450 JPY

    Please also pay attention to the following matters:

    *For special cases such as canceled orders that are re-warehoused, remaining items after package consolidation, social media/community gifts, and other items displayed with an amount of 0 on the page, please fill in the declaration amount according to the actual order situation.

    *If the system requires you to manually enter the declared value, please fill in the corresponding order transaction amount.

    *If a package is returned, experiences customs clearance issues, or encounters other logistics problems due to incorrect product amount declaration, the relevant responsibility shall be borne by the user, and the platform shall not be held responsible.
