Due to updated EU import regulations, effective July 1, 2026, certain products shipped to the European Union via DHL or FedEx will require the following additional declaration information:

PID (Product Identifier)

Please note: The EU PID (Product Identifier) is a different identification system from the U.S. Product ID. Please do not confuse the two.

In addition, effective July 8, 2026, the VAT exemption for imported goods valued at €150 or less will no longer apply. A €3 handling fee per product category will be charged during customs clearance and collected directly from the recipient by the carrier (DHL/FedEx). The final fee is subject to the policies of the local customs authorities and the carrier.

As Rakufun is not the manufacturer or producer of these products, the required PID must be obtained from the seller or manufacturer. Please contact the seller directly to request the necessary information.

If the required information cannot be provided, the shipment may be delayed, held by customs, returned, or become ineligible for shipment.

If your order has already been purchased, arrived at our warehouse, or is being prepared for shipment to the European Union, we recommend confirming whether your item is affected by these new requirements. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
