Due to updated U.S. import regulations, effective July 8, 2026, certain products shipped to the United States via DHL or FedEx will require the following additional declaration information:

       1. Product ID

       2. Certifier ID

       3. Certificate Version ID

Affected products mainly include certain CPSC-regulated products, such as children's products, toys, infant and toddler products, children's clothing, furniture, carpets, bicycles and sports equipment, batteries and electronic products, and products containing magnets or small parts.

As Rakufun is not the manufacturer or producer of these products, the required information must be obtained from the seller or manufacturer. Please contact the seller directly to request the necessary information.

If the required information cannot be provided, the shipment may be delayed, held by customs, returned, or become ineligible for shipment.

Please note that Japan Post has not yet resumed shipping to the United States, so this policy currently applies only to DHL and FedEx shipments.

If your order has already been purchased, arrived at our warehouse, or is being prepared for shipment to the United States, we recommend confirming whether your item is affected by these new requirements. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
