To provide more precise package handling services, Rakufun’s Package Separation (Accurately) service fee structure has been updated.

New Service Fee Rules

Package Separation fees are charged per box based on the total number of items in the package before separation.

Example:

If your package contains 100 items before separation and is divided into 3 boxes:

¥1,000 × 3 boxes = ¥3,000

Service Features

Packages will be separated according to the user’s requested quantity, number of boxes, or remark details. For special requests, please specify them clearly in the remarks.

Package Separation (Accurately) includes free reinforcement for fragile items. Reinforcement requests for non-fragile products (such as badges, acrylic stands, cards, etc.) are currently not supported through remarks.

This service provides flat-lay photos of the separated items (for quantity verification) and preserves the seller’s original packaging.

Important Notes

Please contact customer service to apply for separation service.

Please declare item quantities accurately.

Bundled products in original packaging count as 1 item.

Separately packaged items are counted individually.

If specified items cannot be found, or declared quantity does not match the actual quantity and falls into a different pricing tier, ¥100 will be charged and the request will be rejected.

After Separation

Original package number will automatically become invalid

New package number(s) will be generated

Free storage period: 30 days

Please promptly arrange shipment using the new package number(s) to avoid overdue storage fees.
