To ensure smooth operations during the October 2026 holiday period and maintain orderly package processing and customer support, please find our service arrangements for October 1–7, 2026 below.

 

1. Japan Warehouse Operations

 

The Japan warehouse will operate as usual during the holiday period.

 

2. Shipping Schedule

 

All shipping services will operate as usual during the holiday period, including:

 

Japan Post (EMS / AIR / SEA)

ECMS

DHL

FedEx

 

Please plan your shipments according to your needs.

 

3. Customer Support Schedule

 

• Customer Service

 

Online customer service and email support will operate as usual from October 1 to October 7, 2026.

 

Please note that October 4 (Sunday) is the regular day off for our customer service team. Online customer service will be unavailable on that day, while support will operate as usual on the other dates.

 

If you need assistance outside online customer service hours, you may submit your inquiry by email. Our team will respond during business hours in the order inquiries are received.

 

• Community Support

 

Community support staff will be on holiday from October 1 to October 7, 2026.

 

During this period, inquiries via KakaoTalk and WhatsApp communities and private messages will be temporarily unavailable.

 

Our community team will resume responding from October 8, and messages will be handled in the order they were received.

 

For urgent matters, please contact online customer service Monday through Saturday, 10:00–19:00 (JST). Outside business hours, you may submit your inquiry by email.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the holiday arrangements. We recommend planning your purchases, package consolidation, and shipments in advance to avoid unnecessary delays.
