Japan Post (EMS / AIR / SEA), DHL and FedEx services will run as normal.

III. Customer Support Arrangements

1. Online / Form Support

May 1–3, 2026: Closed for 3 days.

During this period, English and Korean online chat and Form support will be suspended.

Message via the website will also be temporarily unavailable. Inquiries will be handled in the order received after the holidays.

Note: Manual purchasing services will operate as normal during the May holidays.

2. Community Support

May 1–5, 2026: Closed for 5 days.

During this period, support via WhatsApp and KakaoTalk communities and private messages will be suspended. Messages will be answered in the order received after the holidays.
